Sizing

Our hoodies are a unisex sizing, therefore they fit a bit looser than your regular clothing items. Our general rule of thumb is to go with your regular shirt size for our Curly Gang Hoodies. If you want a tighter fit, go a size down, if you would like a looser fit, go a size up.

Here is a link to our sizing chart to assist you in sizing for our hoodies. The chart is measured in inches. 

Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Curly Prints is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Curly Prints is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Curly Prints ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Returns

Unfortunately we exchange only. Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you do not love your new purchase, you may exchange the item(s) by mail. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unwashed, unworn and in the same condition you received it. We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong size that are the exact same item you purchased. If your items are damaged or defective, and you would like to make an exchange, please send an email to curlyprints@gmail.com and attach a picture of your defective or damaged item, and we will further assist you.

If your item is the wrong size, or does not fit, please send an email to curlyprints@gmail.com and we will further assist you.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of your order date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange.

Step 1: To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is not exchanged within 30 days will not be accepted. Send items for exchange to:

Step 2:

You are responsible for your own return label. We do not provide pre-paid return label. Shipping the item back to Curly Prints is the customer’s financial responsibility and is non refundable.

Please keep receipt of postage for tracking purposes. Please do not mail the return without obtaining a certificate of posting. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item(s)- curlyprints@gmail.com
